Job Summary:
The Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT/MT) plays a vital role in performing laboratory tests and delivering accurate results to support patient diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring. Working independently, they ensure the effective operation of laboratory functions, including quality assurance and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a variety of laboratory tests in accordance with established protocols.
• Analyze and report test results to physicians promptly and accurately.
• Assist in the operation, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Support quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Supervise waived, moderate, and high complexity testing after successful completion of probation.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff to optimize workflow and test accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Hold an associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Medical Technology or a related field.
• Possess certification or registration eligibility as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician; certification required.
• Demonstrate knowledge of laboratory principles, methods, and techniques.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise professional judgment.
