About the Role:

As a Recruiter based in the United States, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs across various departments. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through multiple channels to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. Your efforts will directly impact the company's growth and success by ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, including temporary, contract, and permanent positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each position. Additionally, you will represent the company at recruiting events and college campuses to build a strong employer brand and engage with potential candidates proactively.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruitment workflows.
• Demonstrated knowledge of staffing services and temporary staffing processes.
• Experience in technical recruiting and contract recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with college recruiting and organizing recruiting events.
• Familiarity with internet recruiting platforms and social media sourcing techniques.
• Background in recruiting for diverse industries or technical roles.
• Certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP).
• Experience working within a large corporate or agency staffing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using Applicant Tracking Systems to ensure efficient candidate tracking and communication.
• Source and attract candidates through internet recruiting, staffing services, and college recruiting initiatives.
• Coordinate and participate in recruiting events and job fairs to promote the company and build relationships with potential candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
• Manage contract recruitment and temporary staffing assignments to meet short-term and project-based workforce demands.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and improve hiring processes.
