About the Role

The Company is seeking visionary, strategic leaders to join its Board of Directors and help shape the future of global behavioral health. This is a legacy opportunity to directly influence international standards, guide global scaling strategies, and build the organizational capacity required to protect families in the digital age. The ideal candidates will have primary competencies in business and nonprofit operations, and while subject matter expertise is valued, the focus is on providing oversight and resources. The Board is particularly interested in individuals with backgrounds in financial oversight, compliance and legal, fundraising and development, grant strategy and government relations, marketing and public relations, human resources/talent management, and IT/technical management. Board members at the company will serve a three-year term, with a commitment to participate in monthly virtual meetings, strategic planning sessions, and to chair or serve on at least one functional committee or significant project. The role requires a focus on the big picture, ensuring the organization's work is effectively carried out through appropriate resources, staff, and funding. This is a critical time for the organization, as it transitions to a high-impact, governance and growth-focused Board of Directors, and the selected individuals will play a key role in this evolution.
