You'll own the contracting and licensing pipeline for advisors and agents, and you'll also manage new business from intake through processing - reviewing, facilitating, and following applications all the way to issue. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end contracting and licensing process for new and existing advisors/agents (state licensing, appointments, E&O, background checks, carrier contracting) Track and maintain licensing compliance, renewals, and continuing education requirements Serve as the primary point of contact for new business Process new business submissions and facilitate them through underwriting to issue, resolving outstanding requirements along the way Liaise with carriers, home office, and internal advisors to clear paperwork issues, missing requirements, or underwriting holds Maintain accurate records within agency management and carrier systems Support advisors and agency leadership with licensing, appointment, and case status updates Proactively troubleshoot delays to keep both licensing and new business pipelines moving efficiently Qualifications Prior experience in insurance/financial services contracting, licensing, and/or new business processing strongly preferred Familiarity with state insurance licensing requirements, carrier appointment processes, and underwriting/new business workflows Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple pipelines at once Strong communication skills — you'll be coordinating between advisors, carriers, and home office regularly Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency/CRM systems Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
