Land Development Lead — Drive Civil Infrastructure & Timelines

Century Communities seeks a Land Development Manager to oversee all phases of land development from site clearing to final lot acceptance. You will coordinate with internal teams, officials, consultants, and trade partners, managing design, budgets, and permits while assisting feasibility studies for new acquisitions.
