Project Manager

Overview JSM Airport Services, LLC is seeking a Project Manager at Nashville International Airport (BNA) in Nashville, TN. The Project Manager will use expert judgment to ensure that all assignments by the Company and customer needs are fulfilled, such as site‑specific training events, safety events and audits, customer inventory audits, routine customer reporting, and presentations. Compensation Full‑time Weekly pay Salary starting at $75,000 (dependent on experience) Work Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; occasional changes may occur based on operational needs. Benefits Ongoing career development and training opportunities Collaboration with a team in a dynamic environment Wellness program Paid time off Paid holidays Employee assistance program Retirement savings plan with company match Education and tuition assistance program Employee discounts Uniform/footwear program Responsibilities Planning, coordinating, implementing, or overseeing projects and programs – internal and external Scheduling, monitoring project deliverables, and updating relevant stakeholders or team members on project progress Effectively monitoring and presenting project updates to stakeholders, clients, or project team members Providing safety and compliance training as required Performing other related job duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Minimum five years’ experience in the aviation industry (preferred) Strong business acumen in project planning and management Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft PC applications (Outlook, Calendar, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Physical Requirements Regular standing, sitting for long periods, bending, using hands to manipulate, talking, hearing, walking, and sitting Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time Ability to safely drive company vehicles (trucks, utility carts) on the airport ramp, when necessary Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus Additional Requirements The employee must successfully pass a drug screening, driver’s license check and validation, a ten‑year criminal history records check (CHRC), federal fingerprinting and security threat assessment, and airport security badging. Continued employment is subject to all the above requirements on an ongoing basis; failure to pass any of these may result in immediate termination.
