We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate will have previous office experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
• Order office and building supplies and maintain inventory levels.
• Restock supplies in common areas and shared office spaces.
• Process invoices and assist with administrative recordkeeping.
• Support facilities-related requests and coordinate issue resolution.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating monthly luncheons, conferences, meetings, and other company events.
• Scan, file, and organize documents to maintain accurate records.
• Provide general administrative support to office staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to work 9a-3p - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, Administrative Clerk, or similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of office equipment, including scanners, copiers, and computers.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.
