Pediatrix Medical Group, in partnership with Rapides Women’s and Children’s Hospital (RWCH), is seeking dedicated and compassionate Neonatologists to join our growing team in Alexandria, Louisiana on a per diem basis.

• NNP-led transport team (physician covers in-house during transports)

About the Facility:

Located within Rapides Women’s and Children’s Hospital:

• Central Louisiana’s largest and most advanced NICU
• The region’s only Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
• 19-bed pediatric unit, 29-bed well-baby nursery, and 26-bed OB/post-partum unit

Qualifications:

• Active LA license or IMLC license preferred
• Board Certification in Neonatology required
• A minimum of 1-year post-fellowship clinical experience required
• Recent Neonatologist experience required (within the past 12 months)

Pediatrix covers your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.

We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.
