Overview Thriveworks is hiring licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and in‑person sessions in Quincy, MA. The role offers a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians available 30+ hours per week. Job Description As a clinician on our team, you will provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to our clients across the country. Qualifications Independently licensed psychologist (PsyD or PhD) and resident of Massachusetts. Available to clients for at least 25 sessions per week with a minimum of 30 hours of availability. Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children. Committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress. Comfortable using modern clinical technology, including telehealth platforms and electronic health record tools. Positive team player; valued for collaborative contributions. Compensation & Benefits Compensation up to $158,500 per year based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
