Exciting Opportunity for a Neonatologist to practice at a Level III NICU |$315,000-$335,000 | Close to Chicago, Madison, and Milwaukee

• Provide comprehensive medical care to neonates admitted to the Level III NICU, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex medical conditions

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including neonatal nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other specialists to develop and implement individualized care plans for neonatal patients

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects aimed at enhancing neonatal care practices and outcomes

• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff and residents in the management of neonatal emergencies and high-risk deliveries

• MD/DO board certified/board eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine

• Skilled at providing exceptional care

• The ability to communicate clearly and work as a member of a team

• Experience working in a Level III NICU and/or Level I Trauma Center preferred
