Vector Marketing is interviewing now for part time sales positions. Basic responsibilities include meeting with customers, selling our Cutco products, and placing any orders. Prior work or sales experience not required.

We provide flexible schedules for anyone looking to make extra income around classes, their full time jobs, travel plans, or family obligations.

Position Details

• Paid Weekly - We offer guaranteed base pay that is not tied to sales, allowing reps to focus on providing excellent customer service rather than feeling pressured to make a sale. We also offer a performance-based commission structure that increases based on career sales performance — not length of service or annual resets. Representatives are paid a base (20.00 base-appt) or commission, whichever is higher that week. Even during slower weeks, reps are still paid for every qualified appointment they complete, regardless of sales results.
• Solid Training – Reps are set up for success with our training program we have been running for over 40 years. Additional training is provided as they progress.
• Flexible Schedules – Reps create a schedule that work best for them. Some work as much as possible, some only part time, and others are just looking to earn some extra cash around their busy schedule.
• Location – Sales reps work locally after training, meetings and training are held in the office.
• Advancement Opportunities - Sales reps who work here long term have an opportunity move along several different paths including management and career sales professional (even if they start part time with no experience).

• All ages 18+ or 17 and a high school graduate

• Willing to learn and apply new skills

Who would do well
We have had reps who have done well with us with all kinds of previous work experience (some none at all). People who have done well with use have worked as an administrative assistant, receptionist, customer service, retail, fast food, and in just about any field you can imagine.
