Telemedicine Physician at QuickMD – Provide high‑quality virtual care for addiction treatment, weight management, and general telehealth across multiple states. Responsibilities Provide exceptional virtual care including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate medical treatment. Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care and build therapeutic doctor‑patient relationships. Order and interpret lab tests as needed to make informed, high‑quality treatment decisions. Prescribe medications and guide patients on proper usage (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances except buprenorphine for opioid addiction treatment). Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain appropriate medical documentation to support continuity of care. Stay up to date with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices. Qualifications Active medical license in at least three U.S. states (preferably five) with willingness to obtain additional state licenses; at least five states or three or more of CA, FL, NC, PA, TX. Experience treating patients in telehealth or high‑volume in‑person settings. Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM‑6PM local time) over four days each week, scheduling at least one week in advance. Strong communication skills and commitment to medical excellence. Comfort using telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided). Passion for expanding access to care and making a meaningful impact. At least one DEA certification and applicable CSL (if required).
