About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Lead Customer Activation Initiatives Manager to oversee a team dedicated to the end-to-end delivery of critical customer activation initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of complex, cross-functional programs, from inception to launch and stabilization. The successful candidate will be the central point of accountability for these initiatives, with a focus on clear scope, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined governance. Responsibilities include leading a team, managing integrated plans, and staying abreast of industry standards and regulations. The role also involves owning the company's strategy for customer activation, creating executive-level strategy materials, and leading executive communications. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' program/project delivery experience, with a preference for those with a background in marketing activation, customer communications, or regulated operations. A strong track record in people management, particularly in coaching and developing delivery talent, is essential. The role requires a candidate with a proven ability to deliver in highly regulated environments, develop executive-level strategy materials, and manage stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will have an MBA or specialization in a relevant field, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed.
