What You’ll Do Lead complex industrial and electrical construction projects from kickoff through final completion Manage project budgets, forecasting, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance Drive project execution alongside field leadership to ensure safety, productivity, and quality goals are achieved Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Lead project planning, risk management, and problem resolution efforts Oversee change order management, project reporting, and client communication Support operational strategy and continuous improvement initiatives Mentor and support the development of project management team members What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Technology, or a related field preferred 8+ years of project management experience in industrial, electrical, or construction environments Proven ability to lead large or complex projects successfully Strong understanding of project contracts, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions in fast-paced environments Commitment to safety, accountability, and delivering high-quality results Compensation & Benefits Compensation for this role ranges from $100,000–$140,000 depending on experience, leadership background, and project expertise. Sign-On Bonus A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for this position. Travel This role is based out of our Aberdeen, SD office with travel to customer and project sites up to 25% of the time.
