Requirements

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Licensed dental hygienist

License: Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Wisconsin.
Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR Certification.
Clinical Skills: Proficiency in all standard hygiene procedures, including patient assessment and scaling/root planing.
Professionalism: A commitment to exceptional patient care, effective communication, and collaborative teamwork.
Ethics: Dedication to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to all ethical practice standards.

Job Description

Perform thorough dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing (non-surgical periodontal therapy).
Conduct comprehensive patient health assessments, review medical histories, and perform initial oral health screenings.
Educate patients on optimal oral hygiene techniques, nutritional guidance, and preventive care strategies tailored to their individual needs.
Capture and process diagnostic images and radiographs as needed for the dentists comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation in compliance with all healthcare regulations.
Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure a seamless and high-quality patient experience.
Ensure strict adherence to all infection prevention and control protocols, including proper sterilization and disinfection procedures.

Monday - Thursday: Generally 7:00 AM / 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
