Entry Level Installation Technician, Day Shift, Urgent Need
This entry-level role focuses on servicing and installing CO2 systems for fountain drink equipment while providing professional, client-facing support. You will receive comprehensive hands-on training over several months to learn installation techniques, safety practices, and how to address customer questions confidently. This position is ideal for someone mechanically inclined who enjoys working with tools, interacting with customers, and learning a specialized trade.
Responsibilities
- Install CO2 systems for fountain drink equipment according to provided training and guidelines.
- Service and maintain CO2 fountain drink systems to ensure proper operation and safety.
- Use hand and power tools, including tape measures, to assemble and install system components accurately.
- Follow detailed instructions and standard procedures during installation and service activities.
- Interact with clients in a personable and professional manner while on-site.
- Answer common client questions about the installation process and system operation, using knowledge gained during training.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at client locations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices when handling CO2 and using tools.
- Work collaboratively with the supervisor and team members to complete assigned installations and service calls.
- Participate fully in the 34 month training program and apply learned skills in the field.
Essential Skills
- Ability to interact with clients in a personable and professional manner in a customer-facing environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with installation and assembly tasks.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools for basic mechanical work.
- Ability to accurately use a tape measure and follow measurements during installations.
- Willingness to learn how to service and install CO2 systems for fountain drink equipment.
- Capacity to follow instructions and apply training to real-world installations.
- Reliability in working a first-shift schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, first-shift role with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Work is primarily performed at customer locations, where you will install and service CO2 fountain drink systems using hand and power tools, including tape measures and related equipment. The position involves hands-on mechanical tasks, working on your feet, and traveling between sites as needed. You will work under the guidance of a supervisor, especially during the initial 34 month training period, in a setting that emphasizes professionalism, safety, and quality service.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $42640.00 - $42640.00/yr. Health 401k Vision Dental
