Responsibilities
- Provide direct, continuous care for adult ICU patients with complex, dynamic conditions
- Monitor hemodynamics, titrate vasoactive infusions, manage ventilator support as ordered
- Administer medications and procedures per physician orders; document accurately in the Cerner EHR
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing colleagues, respiratory therapy, and other disciplines; educate patients and families
- Maintain infection control practices, patient safety, and ICU protocols; respond to rapid changes and emergencies

Requirements
- Active RN license in Georgia
- Minimum 2 years of MICU experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications; NIHSS certification
- Ability to work in a high-acuity MICU/COVID ICU environment
- Cerner EHR experience in MICU/COVID ICU preferred
