This role helps ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication, attention to detail, and consistent service excellence.**Responsibilities*** Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.* Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to address customer concerns.* Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.* Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.* Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.**Qualifications and Requirements*** 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.* Must be 21 years of age or older.* Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.* Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).**Why Work for EcoShield Pest Solutions?**The Shield Co.
