We are looking for motivated, professional, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants who are ready to build long-term relationships and help customers find the right vehicle for their needs. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle based on their needs, lifestyle, and budget Build relationships with customers in-person, over the phone, text, email, and online Follow up promptly with internet leads, showroom traffic, phone calls, and previous customers Conduct vehicle walkarounds and product presentations Perform test drives and explain vehicle features, technology, and benefits Present pricing, financing options, trade evaluations, and purchase paperwork professionally Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity in CRM software Stay up to date on Ford products, incentives, programs, and market trends Work closely with management and the finance department to provide an exceptional customer experience Prospect for new business through referrals, social media, community involvement, and repeat business Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times Qualifications Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, texting, and social media Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to pass background screening and drug testing What We Offer Competitive commission-based pay plan with bonus opportunities Family-owned dealership culture Strong community reputation in a growing area Health, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off and employee discounts Supportive leadership team focused on growth and success Why Paul Clark Ford?
