Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Harmony Fields Counseling, your key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through telehealth methods. \n
- Assessing clients' mental health needs to develop personalized and effective treatment plans that target specific challenges and foster resilience. \n
- Utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals. \n
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide comprehensive, holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being. \n
- Maintaining clear, accurate, and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in our electronic health record system. \n
Your work will focus on a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing an array of challenges such as relationship issues, trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. You will have the opportunity to engage with a wide demographic, understanding unique cultural perspectives that inform their experiences. Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
