Construction Project Manager

Extension is seeking an Engineering Project Manager (Construction) for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Windsor, WI! Overview Join a stable manufacturer to help lead a major manufacturing facility expansion in Windsor, WI. This role will oversee project coordination from planning through startup, partnering with engineering, operations, contractors, vendors, and leadership to keep the project on schedule and within scope. Key Responsibilities Manage project schedules, timelines, budgets, and documentation Coordinate engineering, operations, contractors, vendors, and leadership Track progress, identify risks, and drive solutions Lead project meetings and provide status updates Support facility construction, equipment installation, and startup Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field 3+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, engineering, construction, or capital projects Experience with project scheduling software (MS Project, Asta, or similar) Manufacturing facility expansion or engineering experience Salary & Schedule Salary: Approximately $90,000 (flexible as needed) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Location: Windsor, WI (Onsite) Why This Opportunity?
