Travel Physical Therapist - $2,402 per week

Position Overview Travel Physical Therapist position in Olympia, Washington. Start date: 07/27/2026. Assignment: 26 weeks, 40 hours per week on 8‑hour shifts. Key Responsibilities Assess referred patients who require rehabilitation services, including direct patient care and evaluation of medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions. Establish and administer individualized treatment programs with specific goals determined by the patient’s capacity and tolerance, under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals for patients, document and record patient condition, and educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each patient and provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with passing the NPTEL. Graduate from an accredited school. Minimum one year of experience in physical therapy. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or actively pursuing licensure. Current CPR certification.
