Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Packer to support second shift operations. This role is responsible for accurately fulfilling orders from assigned shipping lists and ensuring products are properly prepared for shipment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in shipping and receiving and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Initial training will take place on first shift for several weeks, followed by a transition to a permanent second shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders based on assigned shipping lists
• Verify product counts, labels, and order accuracy prior to shipment
• Stage and prepare completed orders for shipping
• Support general shipping and receiving tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all quality and safety procedures
• Communicate discrepancies or issues to supervision in a timely manner

Skills and Experience:

Significant experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Dependable attendance and willingness to transition to second shift long term

Ability to follow written instructions and shipping documentation

Ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift as needed
