Skills and Experience Sought:

• Valid and active SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations
• Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to provide assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for students with a range of communication needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver therapy services to meet students’ unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, evaluations, and IEP documentation
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
• Adapt and implement evidence-based therapy techniques within the school environment
• Foster a positive, supportive atmosphere to encourage student engagement and growth
