Real Estate Sales Agent - High-Quality Leads and Full Support

Our agents benefit from a consistent stream of warm, high-intent leads, allowing you to focus on building relationships and closing deals without the stress of cold calling or chasing online inquiries.

Your Role:

Engage with inbound leads and conduct meaningful consultations
Schedule and conduct property showings, and manage buyer and seller appointments
Draft and manage purchase agreements, listings, and offers
Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM and client pipeline
Participate in weekly training sessions and ongoing professional development

Ideal Candidate:

Holds an active California real estate license
Experienced
Available full-time with a commitment to consistent follow-up
Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills
Possesses a team-oriented mindset and a desire for continuous improvement
Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous, but not mandatory
