Infertility Physician – Independent Practice Track (MedCBO Supported) MedCBO, Inc. is a Colorado‑based healthcare business infrastructure company that empowers independent physician groups to launch, manage, and scale their practices. We are seeking an infertility physician to operate an independently owned practice with the operational support of MedCBO. The physician will maintain full clinical autonomy while MedCBO handles all non‑clinical business functions. Overview This role is for physicians who wish to establish or transition into an independently operated medical practice that is supported by MedCBO’s administrative infrastructure. The physician owns and governs the clinical operations, decision‑making, and patient‑care policies, while MedCBO provides structured support for non‑clinical functions. Physician Responsibilities Provide infertility care within the physician’s specialty scope. Develop professional relationships within the medical community. Coordinate payer credentialing as required. Determine clinical services offered. Manage clinical quality and patient experience. Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO Practice formation coordination. Billing and collections management. Payer contract negotiation. Financial infrastructure and reporting. Operational workflows and staffing systems. Technology platform and implementation. Requirements MD or DO with an unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice. Board Certified or Board Eligible in a specialty appropriate to the clinical services provided. Eligibility for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable. Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates. No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice. Interest in the independent practice model. Preferred Desire for practice ownership. Community‑based care interest. Leadership or program development interest. Location Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, and rural). Relocation and market selection are physician‑directed, subject to licensure. Compensation Compensation is generated by the physician‑owned practice and is not a salary.
