Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, problem-obsessed, and systems-minded Expert Full-Stack Engineer to join our core centralized Engineering collective in a full-time remote capacity open to qualified technical authorities resident anywhere across Germany, Italy, Portugal, or Spain. Operating as a principal individual contributor and technical anchor for our high-visibility “Get Discovered” squad, you will step up to claim true individual operational and strategic accountability over our cross-functional application stack, system design standards, and architectural roadmaps. Shifting completely away from routine website updates, basic layout styling adjustments, minor localized database logging, or simple disconnected administrative task tracking loops, you will run an active multi-tenant full-stack, search optimization, and AI-first product development laboratory—collaborating hand-in-hand with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership blocks. This position requires a product-led application veteran with 8+ years of craft depth who maps out modular frontend systems fluidly natively using React and TypeScript, programs low-latency microservices cleanly natively leveraging Node.js , Kotlin, or Java backends, and commands distributed data layers confidently under secure cloud-native environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Systems Architecture & Evolution: Architect, evolve, and maintain scalable, reliable full-stack applications, managing frontend interfaces, backend microservices, and structural data layers cleanly natively utilizing React patterns.
• Technical Leadership and Standard Governance: Spearhead high-level architectural decisions, formulate organizational engineering benchmarks, and draft definitive Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) to eliminate system dependencies.
• End-to-End Initiative Execution: Lead complex, large-scale platform modernization initiatives from conceptual scope definitions into actionable technical roadmaps that deliver direct customer conversion value.
• Pioneering AI-Assisted Workflows: Champion the deep organizational adoption of AI-first software development tools (such as Cursor, Claude, and related generative interfaces), integrating automated pair-programming models to elevate team velocity and quality metrics.
• External Infrastructure Integration: Coordinate technical and operational dependencies with international third-party platforms and vendors, including Google Workspace APIs, domain registrars, email delivery systems, and RankingCoach SEO layers.
• CI/CD and Observability Optimization: Drive systematic advancements across automation frameworks, continuous deployment pipelines, automated testing layers, system telemetry logs, and site reliability metrics.
• Engineering Cohort Mentorship: Elevate technical craftsmanship across our lean engineering pods, conducting code design reviews, guiding engineering cells, and hosting structured knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of verified professional history running advanced full-stack software engineering operations, multi-tenant application development, platform modernization architecture, or global tech consulting.
• Expert-tier capability modeling complex application components, optimizing runtime layouts, and managing states natively utilizing React and type-safe TypeScript modules.
• Practical operational familiarity organizing server-side routing logic, building scalable APIs, and configuring data endpoints natively using Node.js , Kotlin, or Java backend frameworks.
• Proven career track record leading architectural direction and establishing engineering standards across multiple cross-functional software teams.
• Deep conceptual command of distributed system design, automated testing strategies, continuous integration (CI/CD) paths, and proactive infrastructure monitoring.
• Demonstrated everyday hands-on mastery integrating generative AI development frameworks (such as Cursor, Claude, or similar tools) to author and debug live production code blocks.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and scannable technical-documentation communication attributes in business-fluent English to present technical design proposals before flat hierarchy stakeholder boards.
