Physical TherapistPride Health is hiring a Physical Therapist for the Beckley, WV location to support our client in a healthcare setting.This is a temporary assignment opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!Coverage Area - Raleigh, Wyoming, and Summers Counties in West Virginia Full-Time Contract | 40 Hours/Week Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Mileage Reimbursement Between Patient Visits Home Health SettingMileage Reimbursement: Yes, between patient visitsWeekly Hours Guaranteed: 40No On-Call RequirementPay -$44 to $48/ hr on W2Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive patient evaluations and initiate Plans of Care (POC) and OASIS assessments.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders.Deliver skilled physical therapy services in the home health setting.Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, PTAs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) in accordance with state regulations.Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, safety, and functional mobility.Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to agency and regulatory standards.Required QualificationsActive Physical Therapist LicenseCurrent Physical Therapist licensure in the state of practiceValid Driver's License and reliable transportationAbility to travel throughout assigned coverage areasPreferred QualificationsHome Health ExperienceOASIS Documentation ExperienceHomecare Homebase (HCHB) ExperienceStrong communication and patient education skillsAbility to work independently and manage a home health caseloadPride-Health offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
