Starting Salary: $41,000 + benefits
(commiserate with experience)

What You'll Experience:

• Paid Field Training - 2 weeks of paid field training to develop your skills to teach toddlers and preschoolers the Soccer Shots way!
• EOS Orientation - 4 weeks of paid orientation (overlapping with field training) to follow the systems and processes of EOS that make our business tick!
• Hybrid Work - Yes, we serve children so we do that in person, but our office work can be done from home, the beach, a coffee shop, anywhere!
• Quarterly Bonuses - bonuses for team and individual successes.
• Reimbursement for child safety clearances (after training completion)--$60 cash value.

The Job with Kids: (50% of working time)

• Bring Soccer Island alive with your enthusiasm and creativity teaching children ages 2 to 8 weekly
• Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots curriculum and ECE teaching techniques in every session
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
• Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols

The Job beyond the Kids: (50% of working time--remote)

• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, teachers, and instructors
• Hire, onboard, and train the next generation of Soccer Shots instructors to bring SMILES for every child
• Foster team culture
• Meet weekly to problem-solve and plan for growth
• Evaluate and support instructors with weekly checkins and quarterly performance reviews
• Facilitate pre-season training events and post-season celebrations

Qualifications:

• Core value fit for our culture
• 1-3 years of hiring experience
• No prior soccer experience required
• Uniquely gifted to discern a right fit for the team
• High emotional intelligence
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Must have a car and be able to drive to locations within the region.

This is a full time position that WILL require occasional work on weekday (early) evenings and weekends to serve children when they play! However, we provide ample flexibility for administrative time, and all managers and coordinators work remotely with virtual meetings for administrative/office time.
