Responsibilities

• Finish the daily production job
• Execute Standard Work and quality discipline by following Process Work Instruction (PWI)
• Promote safety culture & compliance on the line, including enforcing HSE rules, 5S

Qualifications

• Relevant vocational qualification (manufacturing) or equivalent experience
• HSE and 5S relevant knowledge

Competencies

• Standard Work and process discipline: Ability to execute Standard Work by following PWI/PII/SW and site instructions consistently, including CTQ and in-process checks.
• Quality discipline, traceability and containment: Ability to ensure full traceability, identify deviations, and stop/contain production to protect product quality.
• Safety culture and HSE compliance: Ability to follow and enforce HSE rules, 5S standards and permit requirements, and escalate and record safety incidents.
• Escalation and communication: Ability to communicate abnormalities clearly and escalate quality or safety issues in a timely and structured way.
