Details Diagnostic imaging department setting Full-time day shift schedule with call rotation 13-week assignment length 36 guaranteed hours per week Reports to the Imaging Director Works with pediatric and geriatric patient populations Overnight housing accommodations available for out-of-town employees Requirements Graduate of an approved school of radiology technology Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Current BLS certification required State licensure required if applicable Must maintain continuing education credits per ARRT requirements Flexibility to work overtime and on-call duty as needed Understanding of age-related developmental considerations for pediatric and geriatric patients Additional Information Performs radiographic procedures under the guidance of a radiologist to assist in diagnosis of disease and injuries Collaborates with other departments on patient care and performance improvement activities Works effectively with patients and their families Adheres to infection control, fire and safety, disaster, and hazardous waste policies Supports the mission and vision of the facility American Traveler Job ID #P-742896.
