Job descriptionOverview:The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Flywheel Centers plays a vital leadership role in delivering high-quality, individualized ABA care. As a BCBA, you'll collaborate with clients, their families, your supervisees, and the broader care team, guiding and empowering everyone involved to create meaningful, socially significant positive change for the children we serve.Position Details:Title:BCBALocation: Hamilton NJ- Center/home-BasedSchedule: Afternoon/EveningPrerequisites:BCBA CertificationState LicenseProven experience delivering ABA therapy to children with autismFlexible and adaptable approach to work commitmentsResponsibilities:Report to and take direction from the Regional Clinical DirectorCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize care deliveryImplement Flywheel's clinical policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with insurance requirements, state regulations, and Flywheel's documentation standards in collaboration with the Quality Assurance TeamFulfill all BCBA responsibilities for assigned clients, including:Conducting assessments and reassessmentsDeveloping individualized treatment plansProviding clinical supervision and parent trainingParticipate in Flywheel trainings, events, and professional development opportunitiesEnter billable hours in Central Reach within the required time frameSupport BCBA fieldwork supervision and serve as RBT supervisor as needed, under the direction of the Regional Clinical DirectorMaintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactionsJoin Flywheel Centers:Our diverse team consists of a select group of amazing individuals who focus on helping children thrive!
