Landesign, LLC is a growing landscaping company serving Columbia, MO and the surrounding areas, with headquarters in Wentzville, MO. We are seeking motivated full-time Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will work alongside experienced professionals to maintain and enhance our clients' outdoor spaces. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in landscaping and hardscaping, with on-the-job training provided. Landesign, LLC values teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic, offering a supportive environment and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Arrive on time and ready to work each scheduled day
- Assist with the installation of flowers, trees, and shrubs
- Support hardscape installation projects as needed
- Load and unload equipment onto trucks and trailers
- Secure equipment for safe transport to job sites
- Remove debris from trucks and trailers daily
- Clean and maintain trucks and equipment
- Work collaboratively with team members under the guidance of the operations team
Qualifications
- No prior landscaping experience required; willingness to learn is essential
- Previous knowledge of landscaping or hardscaping is a plus
- Familiarity with fleet equipment and trucks used in landscaping is preferred
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
