Director of Clinical Services What You Must Have Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing Current State license as a Registered Nurse Current State Driver\'s License Two years of experience as a Nursing Manager in a clinical care setting, hospice or home health preferred Flexible schedule for late afternoon admits Experience in EMR a plus Specialized skills preferred in palliation and end-of-life Must have reliable transportation and provide ongoing valid and current auto liability insurance Full Time Employee Benefits Competitive Pay Paid Time Off Paid holidays 401k with up to 4% employer matching Company car for qualifying individuals What You Will Do Directs and coordinates PCMs, MDs, clinical departments and sites; assumes responsibility for continuity, quality, and safety of services delivered in compliance with State and federal regulations. (Conditions of Participation) Supports employee and patient education to enhance knowledge, skills and achieve quality experiences. Continuously trains nursing staff to retain employees with the highest quality of patient care Supervises and provides direction to subordinates, in an effort to ensure quality, compliance with Plan of Care, assessment and reassessment of patient\'s needs and continuity of services by appropriate health care personnel Monitors QA/PI Program and assures appropriate corrective measures are performed Director of Nursing manages IDG and participates in QAPI activities.
