Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Duration: 104 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 13 Experience: One year of registered nursing experience or education equivalent to a bachelor's or graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution. License: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state or holds privilege to practice under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC). Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) Must-Have: Ability to provide nursing care and perform related work under general supervision. Description: Currently licensed as a registered nurse. Experience equivalent to one year of registered nursing or education equivalent to a bachelor's or graduate degree in nursing. Provides nursing care according to physician's orders and nursing protocol. Administers medication according to physician's orders and protocol. Evaluates possible side effects and overall effectiveness of medication. Performs BLS, CPR, and other emergency responses. Participates in emergency response settings. This is a fast-paced environment. Time off requests must be approved through the appropriate channels. This position may change based on nursing needs.
