Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Endpoint Services Coordinator to support our Endpoint Engineering team. The Endpoint Services Coordinator is responsible for managing the lifecycle of incoming client technical requests. The position requires independent, reasonable, decision-making to evaluate, prioritize, and route complex service and technical requests to Endpoint Engineers and IT, while maintaining comprehensive operational records for use in promoting optimal business operations. This role is responsible for coordinating endpoint-related activities, communicating with technical teams and business users, maintaining technical documentation, and assisting with the day-to-day administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft SCCM/MECM-managed endpoints.

This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who has a solid technical foundation in endpoint management but is not responsible for engineering or developing enterprise endpoint solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate endpoint management activities between Endpoint Engineers, IT teams, and business users.
\n
• Serve as the primary point of contact for endpoint-related requests, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
\n
• Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge base articles, and process documentation.
\n
• Assist with troubleshooting SCCM/MECM client issues and escalate complex problems to Endpoint Engineers as needed.
\n
• Review endpoint requests and gather technical requirements before routing work to the appropriate engineering resources.
\n
• Track work items, document progress, and ensure completion of assigned tasks.
\n
• Assist with software deployment coordination, endpoint lifecycle activities, and operational support.
\n
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance endpoint support and documentation quality.
\n
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation reflects current operational processes.
\n

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft SCCM/MECM environments.
\n
• Working knowledge of SCCM client troubleshooting and endpoint support.
\n
• Strong technical documentation skills with experience developing procedures, work instructions, and knowledge articles.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
\n
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously while working with technical and business stakeholders.
\n
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• Experience supporting enterprise Windows endpoint environments.
\n
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune or endpoint management concepts.
\n
• Understanding of software deployments and application packaging processes.
\n
• Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
\n
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows administration.
