Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 36 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Certificate completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: RightSourcing Program - Carle Health and no current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Carle Health.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: Associates Degree in Related Field OR Certificate of completion for Radiology Program. Temp Illinois licensure is not accepted.

Unit Details: Assists cardiologists in performing invasive coronary, vascular, and electrophysiologic diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab. Provides technical hemodynamic monitoring and interpretation, including EKG interpretation and arrhythmia recognition. Sets up and operates electrical/imaging and physiologic monitoring equipment, including monophasic and biphasic defibrillators, and manages digital image archiving. Role includes sterile field preparation, aseptic technique, and assisting with guidewires, catheters, and other devices during procedures. Supports patient care for deeply sedated or anesthetized patients during procedures.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend rotation. Holiday rotation.

Floating Requirements: Travelers assigned to the Greater Peoria Service Area may be required to float between the following sites: Carle Health Methodist Hospital, Carle Health Pekin Hospital, and/or Carle Health Proctor Hospital. The Carle Leader will notify the traveler directly when there is a need to float between locations.
