VIP Host Position in Netherlands

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VIP Host based in Netherlands.

This role is focused on delivering a highly personalized experience to a portfolio of VIP clients in a fast-paced iGaming environment. You will build trusted, long-term relationships through proactive communication and tailored engagement. The position combines account management, player behavior analysis, personalized offers, and operational support. You will use player data, research, and reporting tools to understand preferences and identify opportunities to improve engagement. As a key advocate for assigned clients, you will coordinate internally to resolve issues quickly and maintain a high standard of service. The role offers exposure to sportsbook and casino products while working in a data-driven, international environment. Success will require strong relationship-building skills, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

Accountabilities:

• Manage a portfolio of VIP clients, providing comprehensive account management and consistently high-quality personalized service throughout their engagement.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through inbound support and proactive outbound communication, including calls, messages, personalized offers, and reactivation campaigns.
• Conduct player data analysis, open-source intelligence research, and regional research to support client engagement and local market initiatives.
• Process personalized bonuses, manual bets, and individual betting requests accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor player behavior, preferences, activity, and economic performance to develop individualized engagement strategies.
• Use Tableau, custom data exports, and reporting tools to identify trends, evaluate player activity, and support strategies aimed at improving player lifetime value.
• Act as the primary advocate for assigned VIP clients, coordinating internally to resolve complex issues and escalating sensitive or critical matters when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date player profiles, interaction histories, and operational notes in CRM systems while following established VIP support and compliance procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in VIP account management, customer relationship management, sales, customer support, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and maintain personalized interactions with high-value clients.
• A proactive and service-oriented approach, with confidence communicating through calls, messages, and other direct channels.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret player behavior, preferences, performance, and commercial data.
• Familiarity with sportsbook and/or online casino products and an understanding of player engagement and retention dynamics.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and maintaining accurate customer records and interaction histories.
• Ability to use data and reporting tools to identify trends and inform engagement strategies; experience with Tableau or similar analytics platforms is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing bonuses, betting requests, and sensitive account information.
• Ability to handle complex customer situations professionally, resolve issues independently, and escalate matters appropriately.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with a strong focus on service quality, confidentiality, and operational compliance.
