Retail Display Installer – Electronics – Part Time Job Location: TEMPE, AZ 85281 and surrounding area. Overview Join ActionLink as a Part‑Time Retail Merchandiser to install and maintain electronic promotional displays at major retail stores. Work up to 15 hours per week during weekdays (8:00 am–5:00 pm) with opportunities for additional hours. Key Responsibilities Complete projects at assigned retail stores within a major retail territory. Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays. Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel. Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit. Travel to store locations; drive between stores with personal vehicle. Compensation & Benefits Paid at $20.00 per hour for general merchandising projects. Higher rates for additional technical projects based on need. W‑2 employment with bi‑weekly pay schedule and direct deposit. Optional 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match. Travel reimbursement for store‑to‑store mileage. Paid training time provided before starting work. Accrue PTO hours each week worked. Requirements Prior merchandising, third‑party logistics, or relevant retail experience preferred. Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within the assigned territory. Attention to detail and following complex written instructions and display diagrams. Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team as needed. Internet access, basic hand‑held tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device; laptop/desktop access is a plus. Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; required to use it for work.
