Personal Care Worker (CAREGIVER) - FULL TIMESeymour, WI Position: PM SHIFT (2:00PM-10:00PM) 64 hrs in a 2 week pay period - Every other weekend & HolidayWage: Includes $4.00 shift differential$21.50 - $23.00 (Based on Experience) We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life. This role involves assisting individuals who may need support due to age, disability, or other limitations.ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygieneSupport safe mobility, including use of walkers, wheelchairs, and other assistive devicesHelp maintain personal items such as glasses and hearing aidsProvide light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, bed making, trash removal)Assist with meal service, including escorting residents, setup, and cleanupSupport medication self-administration and track suppliesMonitor residents' well-being and report any physical, emotional, or behavioral changesComplete routine safety checks and document incidents or concernsAssist with transportation and accompany residents as neededParticipate in activities and encourage resident engagementRespond appropriately in emergency situationsHelp maintain clean and safe common areasQualificationsWillingness to complete required training (provided)Ability to work independently and make sound decisionsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, patient, and respectful attitudeFlexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidaysBENEFITSHealth, dental, and vision insuranceGenerous paid leaveRetirement plan with company matchAccess earned wages early through PayActivFitness reimbursementEmployee referral bonus
