Technical Support Specialist

Position Summary: Micro‑Air, LLC is located in Hamilton, NJ and is seeking a full‑time team member responsible for providing customer‑facing technical support by phone and ticketing system. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Trade School diploma, or equivalent work experience, such as HVAC, Electrical or Marine background. 1 – 3 years of applicable work experience Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact courteously and professionally Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Responsibilities: Troubleshooting hardware, identifying site‑specific issues at customer locations Deliver service and support to end‑users using and operating the phone and ticketing system software Interact with customers to provide information in response to technical support inquiries, concerns, and requests about products Gather the customer’s information and determine issues by evaluating and troubleshooting symptoms. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware issues. Create customer tickets to initiate product replacements when required.
