We are seeking a versatile General Customer Support Representative to serve as the front-line contact for our customers, ensuring a positive and effective communication experience while maintaining accurate internal records. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers and helping to build lasting relationships through clear and empathetic communication within a large team setting.

 

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with clarity and empathy
• Troubleshoot basic customer issues and escalate complex cases appropriately
• Accurately enter and update customer information, orders, and records in the CRM system
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Collaborate effectively within a large team environment

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in customer support
• High school diploma or equivalent
