Role Description The Digital Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Palm Harbor,FL responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives for a variety of client accounts. In this role, the Digital Specialist will develop and implement digital strategies across channels such as search, social media, display, and OLV ensuring alignment with client goals and brand guidelines. Daily activities include monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, preparing reports, and making recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. The Digital Specialist will collaborate closely with account managers, creative teams, and clients to coordinate projects, manage timelines, and ensure that digital deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. The role also involves staying current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to continually refine campaign tactics and support innovative solutions for clients. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven optimization decisions. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present insights, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain clear, professional client interactions. Candidates should possess experience in Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing to plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital campaigns that align with business objectives. Candidates should possess Project Management abilities to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure accurate, on-time delivery of digital initiatives. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), and social media management solutions is beneficial. Relevant experience in an agency or marketing environment and knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid social best practices are preferred. Ability to work on-site in , Palm Harbor,FL manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to evolving client needs is required.
