Team Lead

Responsibilities Support the General Manager with day-to-day operations including inventory management, client relations, onboarding staff, and special event service. Assist with administrative tasks: staffing, logistics, inventory, and marketing. Capture and maintain financial and inventory data. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and implement marketing and organizational strategies. Operate the Kona Ice Vehicle and attend/serve at events. Train, hire, and coach team members. Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment. Drive to scheduled events, greet customers, and provide superior service. Comply with hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines and perform basic cleaning of trucks/warehouse. Prep and stock at beginning and end of shift. Read, count, and accurately complete documentation. Communicate maintenance and inventory needs. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Highly organized and detail oriented. Possess leadership skills. Available nights and weekends. Experience preferred. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
