Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role requires a strong background in acute care nursing and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Training and certifications will be provided as needed to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care across various units, performing assessments and implementing nursing interventions.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Completion of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certifications.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification can be obtained after hire date if necessary.
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle on-call shifts as needed.
This position will commence with a 13-week training program starting mid-November. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for working in a dynamic healthcare environment.
