- Experience developing enterprise-level training programs for software implementations or technology projects.
- Experience creating e-learning, instructor-led training, job aids, and quick reference guides.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably SABA or similar.
- Strong communication and technical writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
