Banquet Server

Description Marriott Hutchinson Island is Hiring Banquet Servers!
Do you have a passion for serving others and creating memorable experiences? Join our team at Marriott Hutchinson Island , where our events-from receptions and meetings to reunions-are a chance to shine and showcase our hospitality. We're looking for team players who are focused on quality, service, and timeliness.

Pay: $9.98 per hour + tips
Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers
• Greet guests and accommodate their needs during events
• Communicate effectively with guests about the menu
• Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests
• Assist other servers during peak periods
• Learn and practice buffet, plated, and reception-style meal services (training provided)
• Anticipate guest needs and monitor dining experience to ensure satisfaction
• Set up, execute, and clean up after events
• Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events
