Position Summary:

The Part-Time Hybrid Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients both in-person and remotely. This role supports front desk operations and administrative functions, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and confidential environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage front desk operations

- Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage calendars

- Maintain electronic health records (EHR)

- Verify insurance and collect copays

- Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED required

- 1–2 years of administrative or receptionist experience

- Must be a US Citizen

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and work independently

- Familiarity with EHR systems, Mahler Health preferred

- Knowledge of insurance verifications

- Behavioral health experience

Preferred:

- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Working Conditions:

- Hybrid role (office + some remote)

- Requires reliable internet and private workspace
