Production Coordinator

Supporting the operational heartbeat of a multimedia studio, the remote Production Coordinator will manage production trackers, coordinate asset delivery, and facilitate communication with freelancers while optimizing workflows for animated and educational content initiatives. Key responsibilities Maintain and update production trackers for video projects, ensuring timely progress across all phases Organize project assets and manage version control across various platforms, ensuring consistency and accessibility Serve as the primary contact for freelancers, managing their assignments and facilitating onboarding processes Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience as a Production Coordinator or Production Assistant in animation, educational media, or digital video production Proficiency in Airtable, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Cloud Strong understanding of animation production stages, including script, storyboard, and final delivery Clear and professional communication skills with internal teams and external vendors Ability to multitask across multiple active projects in a fast-paced environment
