\n Our company is looking for a detail-oriented Returns & Discrepancies Specialist to support warehouse operations by processing customer returns, researching inventory variances, and ensuring inventory accuracy. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and committed to providing excellent customer service while supporting efficient warehouse operations.\n

\n Job Summary\n

\n The Returns & Discrepancies Specialist is responsible for processing customer returns, investigating inventory shortages and discrepancies, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This position works closely with warehouse staff and internal teams to ensure returns are completed promptly, inventory remains accurate, and customer issues are resolved efficiently.\n

\n Job Duties\n

\n
• Process customer returns accurately and within established timeframes.
\n
• Investigate inventory shortages and discrepancies and complete necessary adjustments.
\n
• Research inventory variances by reviewing inventory transactions and physical counts.
\n
• Compare physical inventory to system records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of inventory counts, adjustments, and variance investigations.
\n
• Respond to internal and external emails regarding customer returns and order discrepancies.
\n
• Process return documentation and maintain organized records.
\n
• Assist with identifying parts and products as needed.
\n
• Perform cycle counts during downtime to maintain inventory accuracy.
\n
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
\n
• Assist with general warehouse duties and other responsibilities as assigned.
\n
• Follow all company safety policies and report any safety concerns to management.
\n

\n Pay: 17.00/hourly\n

\n
\n

\n Schedule: Full-time, 1st Shift Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm\n

\n
\n

\n Experience or Skill Requirements\n

\n
• Previous warehouse, inventory control, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
\n
• Experience using inventory management or warehouse management systems is a plus.
\n
• Basic computer skills, including email and data entry.
\n
• Ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
\n
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
\n
